Pacific Coast Land Surveys LLC

I have been in the survey profession since 1988, and I provide survey services and construction surveys throughout San Diego County. My work also includes land planning and topographic surveys for both residential and commercial projects in Southern California.

I provide all potential clients with a free estimate involving a preliminary investigation of survey records of the subject property.

As licensed California land surveyors, we offer professional expertise in determining property lines, preparing maps, and producing accurate documentation.

My goal is to provide you with accurate, affordable, and timely land surveying that meets your needs. That is why I am more than happy to answer any questions about mapping, land surveyors, surveying, and your project. We also provide detailed mapping services to assist with site planning, legal documentation, and future development projects.

Our Story – Why We Started Pacific Coast Land Surveys

We started Pacific Coast Land Surveys not just as a business, but as a legacy. What began as a way to teach our teenage sons the fundamentals of land surveying has grown into something much more meaningful. With Scott’s decades of experience and natural mentorship abilities, he’s helped instill a strong foundation in both of our sons—and now, two of their friends are joining them, discovering their own interest and aptitude for the trade.

We believe in the value of learning by doing, and we’re proud to be building a team of young professionals who are grounded in integrity, work ethic, and respect for the land.

Our mission is to inspire and support high school and college students to explore land surveying as a career path by telling our story and showing them what’s possible when you combine hard work with curiosity.
